We chose to stay in a lovely and quiet residential area, close to Jinqiao subway station, which was very handy for getting around. Despite the shops closing early, the location was perfect for a family with 2 small kids. We enjoyed the spacious, well-equipped and modern 2-bedroom apartment with the massive rooms and comfortable beds. the friendly and helpful staff even arranged a minivan taxi for us.

One small downside was the limited breakfast options consisting of a stale waffle, yoghurt, and a banana, but it was not a major issue given the other great advantages such as the room size and location.

It was one of the best hotels that I have visit in my live.

Big room, with all you would need in a trip. We stayed in a 115m2 room.

The bath tub was not correctly built, so water was flooding the bath floor... :-)

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The cleaning service was also very good. The two balconies in the room provided nice views. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the flat was well-organized.

it's in the middel of everwhere actully i found sometime for myself to do my business without interfering my family. they are enjoying the stay in the place as will. the plase has a mall next to it and my wife is enjoy the shopping everyday in the (emart). Lonson place is a part of a complex which they don't let anyone goes in side which is very safe for you and your family. i recommende the Hotel to be your distenation in Shanghai.

notthing much so far, but i have to inhance the housekeeping to do a good clening service. i myself giving them a tips from time to time and it's working!!

The Reception staff are very nice, friendly and very helpful. Excellent support specially since they all speak in English.

The apartment was very comfortable and cozy, perfect for a romantic escape. the facilities were impressive, particularly the exercise room and reading rooms. the nearby shopping mall had a great selection of restaurants and shops, and the shuttle bus made it easy to get around.

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance to the apartment complex, and navigating around the property at night was a bit tricky. the breakfast options were limited, especially for vegetarians like us.

Residence brand new, all set in an excelent way, looking after all details. Just 300 mt from subway stop and from a mall. On the right direction to the motorway to Pudong.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. the exclusive amenities made my stay luxurious and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the private facilities, including the fully equipped kitchen and the well-designed living room. the service was outstanding, the staff were always ready to help with any request.

the air conditioning in my room broke down one day, leading to some discomfort.

There was 3 days when we haven't got breakfast, and the hotel stuff said on the weekends and the national holiday there no berakfast. Actually this is not a hotel what they didn't said. It is unacceptable to get no breakfast in a 4 star hotel.

The room was excellent. We had maid/cleaning service everyday (I had read someone else didn't have service on the weekends - but was not the case with my stay). Hotel staff try very hard to help. Breakfast is continental and very minimal. Cereal, hard boiled egg, some breads, yogurt, coffee and juice. But, with the fully stocked kitchen and an E-Mart, Paradise Bakery and a coffee shop only a 5 minute walking distance away in a shopping center accessible via private gate from hotel complex - it was no problem. They also had fresh fruit, bottled water, instant coffees, and bread/jams in the room on arrival. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I will definitely be booking it again next time I am in Shanghai. Great value for the money.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those who want to stay close to a mall and public transportation. The rooms are well-designed and clean, with helpful and friendly staff. Plus, the breakfast offered a decent variety of options.

The quality of the accomodation is very good, common library is a nice place where to rest.

Very good staff, beyond expectations, even in Asia. Helped un in many ways.Good appartment, with all required comfort and amenities, close to shopping center, supermarket etc... A very good break from "normal" hotels.
